Samsung LNT4053H 40" LCD HDTV

The Samsung LNT 4053H 40" LCD HDTV is a good TV, powerful, good quality and great colors -- our only problem is, for the price, you can get a very similar TV that's slightly larger with slightly better features, so we're not sure if, for the price, the LNT4053H is especially worth it.

That said, we like it a lot.

With an 8000:1 contrast ratio, SRS TruSurround XT audio speakers that mimic surround sound, a fancy-shmancy swivel stand and a Wide Color Enhancer that helps expand the color hues and create more natural colors, the Samsung LNT4053 is impressive, to say the least.

One feature that we especially like is the HDMI-CEC feature, that allows you to control all of your CEC-enabled peripherals with one remote. The TV also has 3 HDMI ports, a USB 2.0 and PC inputs, and a wide range of A/V inputs.

We like the Samsung LNT 4053H, we really do, we're just not sure that its worth the price. We'll tell you what, Samsung, drop it by a few hundred dollars, and we'll buy them like the delicious piece of high-definition candy that they are.
